The annual tour that brings the Bay area's finest independent hip hop artists to all parts of the west. A few last minute venue changes didn't slow this party down. A vintage downtown Portland Speakeasy was able to accommodate this historical tour and kept the show old school with no stage, poor lighting and one microphone. Paris the Black Panther headlined, but he wasn't the only celebrity on the tour. Joining him was veterans, Z-man, Vocab Slick and tour rookies, Locksmith and Starski. Providing local support was the fast spitting Sleep from Old Dominion and one third of Portland's, The Chicharones.
